Tasks:

To coordinate Art, Crafts, Computers, Health, Beauty, All types of Workshops that would be of interest to youth

Skills/ Qualities Needed:

Enjoy company of young people, good role model, and a good understanding that volunteers are central to the successful running of youth space

Time Required:

Ongoing Project (initially based on 6 week trial period). Time to suit volunteer workshops. Open Evening Friday 7-10 p.m.

Number of Volunteers Needed: 7

Location of Volunteering: The Courthouse, Kinvara, Co. Galway

Minimum Age Requirement: 20

Screening: Informal Interviews; References

Extra Information:

We are at present setting up the project and have secured the premises. The premises need some refurbishment to make it into youth centre/space.
