Office & Fundraising Administrator - Alan Kerins African Projects

Tasks: 

General Admin and office support (Approx 1 day per week)
1. General Admin and Office Support
2. Book keeping and account reconciliations
3. Budget tracking, cash management

Fundraising Admin (approx 1 day per week)
4. Fundraising and event co-ordination and follow-up
5. Managing and coordinating Volunteer database
6. Website Content Management – Fundraising Events

Skills/Qualities Needed:

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
• Previous experience using Quickbooks or similar accounts package a benefit.
• Good IT skills, such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills, written and oral.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, energetic and personable
• Previous experience in fundraising/event coordination an advantage
• Full driving license, access to own car

Training and Support: yes

Time Required: 6month commitment required. 16 hours per week.(2 days Monday to Friday)

Minimum Age Requirement: 18
